John got his first taste of real estate with his families construction business in Sarasota FL at the age of 5. In 2007, he would go on to start a brick paving and remodeling business, which he ran before pursuing another dream, MMA Fighting, where he competed in the Tuf-N-Uff organization alongside names like Ronda Rousey, and was even Middleweight champion!

Lana, who grew up in NYC, got involved with real estate when her parents started flipping homes in the early 2000's, long before flipping became mainstream. It was through them that she developed her keen sense of style and eye for design.

With John and Lana's previous experience in real estate, it only made sense for them to start their own real estate home flipping business in Sarasota, FL, where they've been flipping for the past 5 years.
