Have you ever been afraid to say what you really want to say?

I was looking through some of my old journals and came across a limiting belief I wrote: “I don’t have anything to say unless someone asks me a question.” At the time, I remember feeling like that was honestly true. As I look back in retrospect, I had tons to say… and still do.

In this episode, I hope that talking through the limiting belief I had in the past about not having anything to say helps you process what’s on your heart and mind to say. I truly want to see us all give ourselves permission to say what we really want to say! No holding back in fear. This episode is quick - let’s dive in!
