Having time by ourself is totally normal and healthy in any and all relationships.  It can really be a useful tool to recharge, re-center, connect with oneself and it allows us to give even more to our partner and to show up more fully in the relationship.  We create this space but it is often in question because it may send mixed signals that we're not that interested in our partner.  In this episode we discuss the many needs from early childhood that affect our adult relationships.
