Anger is anything from rage to resentment and everything in between.  Let's not forget about repressed anger which does a lot of internal damage and justifiable anger which is propped up by vanity and pride.  We all know that there is a lot of energy in anger, and we certainly can feel energized when we are irritated.  But at the same time we feel a lot of guilt about anger and are often judged about being and showing anger by others and even ourselves. 

So let's explore how much we understand anger and the roll it plays in our day to day lives.
