Yeadon Smith has been in the business of building relationships since he started working as a youth minister while in college. His relationship building skills grew as he changed careers from ministry to health coaching, to real estate general brokerage, to commercial real estate investing, to online education and mentoring.

This time on the Real Estate (Un) Success Stories podcast, Yeadon joins Cody Lewis for a conversation about the importance of networking, connections and the importance of vetting your contractors.

Realizing others could change the course of their lives, Yeadon co-founded My First Million in Multifamily, an online education and coaching platform. Currently, he mentors students in the program on how to buy apartment complexes with private investor capital. In 2021, students closed deals totaling over $10 million.
