Real Estate Investor to Private Pilot with Jon Nolen - #201

Jon Nolen began actively investing in real estate in 2012, but it was in 2017 after five years in the Marine Corps, several years contracting overseas, and over a decade in IT that Jon decided to leave his corporate IT career to be able to better balance work and family life, and his investing career took off.  Since then, using his keen attention to detail, determination, and vision he has conducted over 400 transactions with a combined value eclipsing $45 million, including acquisition of over 270 rental units.  

Jon’s focus today is on his Pete REI software. Pete brings together virtually all of your real estate tools into one intuitive platform allowing users to simplify their tech and streamline their businesses.

Jon and his wife, Amy, have been married for 15 years and have three active children; Audrey 12, Addison 12, and Aikman 11. Jon credits much of his success to relationships he has built with other successful investors and is an active member in the Investor Fuel and Family masterminds. Whenever possible, he and his family enjoy jumping in their plane and escaping to their cabin in the Colorado mountains near Pagosa Springs; Jon’s self-described “happy place.”
