Jim is agent turned investor and has been doing deals in Chicago since 2007. And he is absolutely killing it using the MLS in the uber competitive market of Chi-town. He has figured out how to navigate the MLS to extract the best deals with the biggest profits. And he’s learned from some mistakes along the way too.
