Henry is succeeding as an investor because he sees that every day is an opportunity for a learning experience. He knows that REI is always changing so he knows he has to keep learning and readjusting his business and approach.


Sounds like a smart guy, huh? Well, he is, and he’s got loads of good advice for us. Henry explains why he chose to begin his REI career in wholesaling – after a few false starts that is.


Now, he’s killin’ it. He tells us how he’s making deals, why he’s a direct mail fan and the postcards he uses. He also lets us in on how he used tax delinquent lists for leads and why he targets the props that owe the most taxes.


And if you’re new to investing or thinking about jumping in the game, Henry offers up some really great words of encouragement about not overcomplicating things and sticking with the basics.
