When people ask me how I got started in this biz, I say it all started with a terrific course from Cris. It was actually Alex who was Cris’ very first course customer, so we all go way back. And that’s for real, folks.


Today, Cris talks about how focusing on one task and becoming an expert in that task is the key to his success. His happens to be direct mail, and he explains why he likes direct mail as a solid foundation for any REI business.
