CR of Maryland is a Baltimore based RE investment company that has performed thousands of flips and wholesales, owns and manages 300 single family rental properties, and will deliver over 150 turnkey rental properties in 2020. Xander, a partner at CR, was Born and raised in Baltimore, Xander began his real estate career in 2011 as an agent. By early 2014, he began working Craig, the founder of the company, to build CR of Maryland from the ground up. Since 2014 the team has expanded from 3 members to over 27, and is continuing to grow its operation.
