Colette explains what Bill 17 is and how it can help alert you if your potential partner has a history of violence and may be a threat. Colette also shares the further trauma she suffered at the hands of a physician who treated her life threatening injuries after the attack by her ex-boyfriend. You will not believe the rest of her story.
