Sometimes, when you have a problem with your cell phone, you’ll be instructed to factory reset it. Which means it will bring it back to its original platform and allow you a new start.

On this episode with the topic of Fighting Addictions. We had dialogue with two professionals - Nathalie Ellis and Cherice Pinkston, of Esteem Counseling Services who have worked with people trying to overcome addictions.

These ladies provided information from the different types of addictions, to what are the signs, how to get help and how to deal with someone dealing with an addiction. None of this is easy to do, therefore, we have to learn how/when to provide empathy and hold people accountable throughout their life changing process.
