In this episode of Brewer’s Perspective, our hosts Marcus Cox and Anthony Clem are joined by brewer consultant, Justin Fox.

Justin has had an extensive career, first working as a technical brewer for Lion and head brewer for Colonial Brewing. He has also assisted with recipe development for breweries such as Hawke’s Brewing. Most recently, he worked as head of sales, products and development for Bintani Australia. After leaving Bintani, he started his own business working as a brewer consultant under the name, The Grain Keeper.

In this last episode for the year, the panel breaks down the key industry issues that arose in 2021 including the impact of COVID lockdowns, training and employment opportunities and quality assurance. They also give some thoughts on what’s to come in 2022.
