Ray and Joe D: Commercial Truck GPS Upgrades

Senator Richard Blumenthal is demanding a big tech upgrade to apps such as Waze, Google, and Apple Maps, which he says should direct trucks away from highways where they hit bridges and cause massive traffic delays. One bridge has been struck 150 times over the decade. Blumenthal elaborates on his proposal.
