We have a lot of "isms" in this country. There's racism, sexism, antisemitism and they are all a plight on our country. But there's one other "ism" that is prevalent amongst us. That is "ageism". It's not as in your face as the others. It may not even be considered as bad as the others. But it is there and it is detrimental to a lot of people.
