MEDIA PROBLEMS - BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE - RB116 - RATIONAL BOOMER PODCAST

People often complain that our problems are all the fault of the media. Well while they aren't the only ones at fault the are at least partially responsible. Both Republicans and Democrats claim to want bipartisanship on the Infrastructure Bill. I mean who doesn't want an Infrastructure Bill? But the Republicans have also said they will block anything Democrats do. How do you negotiate on that basis? When do you stop trying to bipartisani?
