Todays 10 minute rant is over terrible customers, the "Karens and Beckys" of the world. 

If you've ever been a part of the service industry or had to deal with the general public, you know these customers. In this episode I recap some of my personal experiences with awful customers. Complain and complain until they get what they want! Maybe as a society, we are setting an example that this kind of childish behavior is okay......weeellllll, not in my book.
