The Switch cometh. We break down all you need to know from Switch Presentation 2017, including details on the system itself, its biggest games, and Nintendo's next steps.

It’s the week after Switchmas, when all through the house, every creature was stirring from a plumber to a electric mouse. Yes, a week has gone by since the news blowout that was Switch Presentation 2017 (dubbed “Switchmas” by fans), and now we’re diving deep into the console, its games, and Nintendo’s next steps in this jam-packed episode of the Random Nintendo Podcast. We start with a look at the system itself, covering everything from how the Joy-Cons reshape the Switch narrative to Nintendo’s questionable online service choices. We then switch (ahem) to the software side of things, exploring what the current crop of games may tell us about the system’s future and its intended audience. Plus, we break down all the big first-party games from 1-2-Switch to ARMS to Super Mario Odyssey.
