On this edition of Extra we feature a new super-hero for the holidays, prehistoric pirates, assasins invade the American revolution and a trip back to Middle Earth.  First up is my holiday dvd review of Elf-Man (courtesy of Anchor Bay Entertainment) starring Wee-Man, Jeffrey Combs and Mackenzie Astin in a tale of heroism in a all seizes.  Then it's a trip back to a much colder time with the blu-ray/dvd combo review of Ice Age : Continental Drift (courtesy of Fox Home Video) as Manny, Sid and Deigo encounter a dangeous band of scurvy animals on the high seas.  It's a trip back to the Animus and this time the American Revolution with the video game review of Assasin's Creed 3 for the PS3 (courtesy of www.gameaccess.ca) as Desmond explores more of his destiny.  We wrap things up with the theatrical review of The Hobbit : An Unexpected Journey in 3D with guest co-reviewer Vergel Evans.  Music for this episode features the songs The Never Ending Snow by Ken Blackwood, Write a New Freedom by Dave Gwyther and Tolkien : The Hobbit : Lord of The Rings by Brobdingnagian, they can all be found at www.famemusic.com.
