Raking Light

13 episodes - English - Latest episode: over 2 years ago -

Guided Meditations with Michael Namkung that reconnect you with your deepest self and lovingly accepting the places where we’ve been wounded. Together, we'll walk through the darkness, uncover the gifts of healing within us, and discover how the creative power of our own emotional expression brings us alive, and brings us to wholeness.

Meditation casts a gentle raking light over the surfaces of our lives. Raking light is horizon light. We approach meditation like the rising sun, slowly bringing what was dark into the higher relief of our slowly transitioning awareness.
