Tree Meditation

This meditation was designed to capture the energies of the tree to help enhance your tribal, root and spiritual powers. For best results place receiving hand on a tree and the other hand on your heart when listening to this meditation. Feel the vibration and senses activate as the tree begins to send you signals or messages.
