How Many "I's" Are In March? At Least 4!

Welcome to yet another great podcast! Greg Angello and Brock Zevan  are back together!

An early Happy St. Patrick's Day to you all...

I'm sure you'll have heard of the "Ides  of March," Idus Martiae,  is the 74th day in the Roman calendar, corresponding to 15 March. It was marked by several religious observances and was notable for the Romans as a deadline for settling debts. In 44 BC, it became notorious as the date of the assassination of Julius Caesar which made the Ides of March a turning point in Roman history. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ides_of_March).

In this episode, Greg and Brock discuss what we call the four "I's of March," as it relates to real estate and the state of the real estate market here in 2022: 1) Inflation; 2) Interest Rates; 3) Inventory; and 4) the "I, of You," meaning, You, the real estate professional. But we added one more "I" for those of us in certain real estate markets, like right here Charlotte, North Carolina, the "I-Buyer Investor."

We all know that this real estate market is unlike any we have seen - some say - unprecedented -- from out of pandemic, to a scarcity of inventory, rising home prices, buyer fatigue, rising interest rates, and now an elevated inflation rate!
