Season 13, Ep. 16: Behind the Scenes with a College Basketball Coach (Dan Engelstad)

I laced up my high tops and hit the hardwood with Dan Engelstad, the head men’s basketball coach at Mt. St. Mary’s University. This episode was very special, as I was Dan’s basketball performance coach 20 years ago when he was a stand-out player at Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, MD. We’ve kept in touch ever since and I am so proud of the coach, husband, and father Dan is today.
