Sometimes, it's an investment. Sometimes it's up-leveling a client right on the spot. You have an opportunity to do something that's playing a much bigger game, and you either decide to cross over, or you don't.

If you want things to change, what you need to do is to entirely uproot and annihilate all the subtle ways that you are still playing small, all the little ways that you're still rationalizing the thoughts.
