The Work of Redemption Accomplished (1:13)
God the Father accomplished His saving work through Christ. This saving work delivered us from darkness and brought us into the kingdom of Christ.
The Work of Redemption Applied (1:14)
Through Christ’s sacrificial death, we have been set free from the power of sin. Though Christ’s sacrificial death, we have been forgiven of the penalty of sin.
