In this weeks edition of The Rags To Dishes Podcast, the crew is joined by Greta "Scout" Clode as the tipping debate from last episode carries over in a heated argument amongst the hosts. Scout brings an interesting perspective being a longtime front of house employee at various "Shitty Seafood" restaurants in southern Rhode Island. A new can of clams is opened about the infamous "Aunt Carries" as we discuss the WHIRL of emotions that came from working in a kitchen full of debauchery, and bad tippers. The crew really gets deep into the anatomy of a clamcake, as well as the term "local seafood" and how its thrown around any beach town ever when you're usually eating frozen lobster. Scout went to JWU and probably tells the most about her experience there than a lot of our guests have for a deep inside look being a student at culinary school... A special shoutout to Jesse The Tree for his new album "Pigeon Man" as well!
