Celebrating the recent release of DC’s new series on SYFY titled “Krypton”, The Source Material Comics Podcast takes a look at a trade focusing on the planet that Superman came from titled “The Many Worlds of Krypton.” Containing stories from the 1970’s and 1980’s, this book had a volume called “World of Krypton” which mainly focused on Jor-El and his days leading up to the explosion of Krypton. The next volume discussed was “The World of Krypton” which shone a light on the deep history of Superman’s lineage and the clone war that took place centuries before, that eventually led to Krypton’s demise.
