Dr. Erin's challenge to you: For one week, take a couple of minutes each day and thinking of one interaction that made you really uncomfortable--and then actively reframe it. Do a quick analysis of something led to an outcome that makes you feel unsettled, show yourself compassion for why this thing happened, and then make a quick growth plan for a new outcome next time.
