My guest today is the uber-talented Amy Overy, a hugely experienced producer working for Formula One itself. She is a brilliant interviewer, trusted by F1 drivers and team PRs alike, she is a relaxed professional that gets the job done with a smile. And it’s hugely appreciated throughout the paddock.
She is also an incredibly knowledgeable food enthusiast, using the little spare time we have around races to research cuisines from around the world and share her findings in the brilliant F1 Foodie instagram account.
She is a trusted friend, a positive influence, and one of my favourite people to catch up with, be it 5mins in the middle of paddock, or significantly longer if a glass of wine and plate of good food are involved.
