It’s important to remember that new ideas, new products and new attempts are most likely to fail. They’re most likely not to work out and most likely not to garner a lot of attention.

You will fail.

Rather than thinking about success, you have to come into any new project thinking that you’re trying to mitigate the almost certainly of failure.

“You are a failure” requires a completely different logic.

This requires you to think about how am I actually going to sustain myself and not dwell in the land of failure.

How am I going to be OK knowing that things will not work out?

Your goal is not to get things right, but to make sure that you are OK with you being “you” when things are not going in the direction you expected.
