Thomas Quiggin, (M.A, C.D.) is a court qualified expert on terrorism (criminal court and Federal Court) and “intelligence collection and evidence” (Federal Court).

Considered one of the leading experts in his field Tom has testified on multiple occasions to Senate and the House of Commons committers as well as a Royal Commission (Air India Inquiry 2007). He has also provided testimony to the Special Senate Committee on Anti-terrorism (2010).
