On this edition of Quick News Daily where it sounds like I recorded in a convertible with the top down (my apologies, I'll get that fixed for tomorrow), we start getting used to a post-Trump news show.

Joe Biden is continuing the transition (as much as he can) by naming several key members of his campaign to his White House staff, including Jen O'Malley Dillon, Mike Donilon, Julie Chavez Rodriguez, Dana Remus, and Rep. Cedric Richmond. We also cover some strange things happening with Georgia's recount and audit (no need for alarm, however), and Trump's advisers talking him down from ordering a strike on Iran.

Stay tuned later in the week for updates on Hurricane Iota. Programming note: Wednesday's show will be coming out a little later in the day than usual.
