In today’s episode, we talk about very important topics like self-care and mental health as we answer an anonymous question from a listener. The question deals with giving oneself permission to be human, but how does one do that? And what does the Bible say about this problem?

We also queer this week’s text from John 14:15-21. We remind everyone to take the time to accept and honor the divinity that is within us. That while it feels like the world is oppressing us, we can be comforted that Jesus is with us and we have our community behind us, rallying with us.
