Welcome to 2023 my gorgeous Queens!!! I am so excited to be here with you on this amazing journey for 2023. Today we are talking about when things turn to shit and don't go as you had wanted them to. NYE, 2023 and the universe served me up a lesson in relinquishing control straight off the bat to start the year.

It's already safe to say that 2023 has not started the way I envisioned it and threw me straight into the emotional ocean where I've already had to face resurfaced childhood trauma, grief and loss. But the good news is I am laying in the ocean, floating and letting the universe guide me to where I need to be. 

I spent New Year's Day at the beach with my son and had spiritual awakening and rebirth at the hands of the ocean, where it served me up a major life lesson.

Life gets to be everything you want it to be, you just have to start with yourself first!!
