The real cost of people pleasing

We talk about the long term effects people pleasing can have, including resulting in it being detrimental to your own health.

We also look at a simple question you can ask yourself to check in on yourself in the moment and bring awareness and connectedness back to yourself.

Life gets to be everything you want it to be, you just have to start with yourself first!!
