By taking people's word as gospel or the only way things can be done. We talk about breaking that down and taking what works for you a leaving the rest.

I discuss the importance of doing what is in alignment with you and where you are at. I also teach you to explore and be curious as to why a message is being delivered and to question why that person benefits out of doing so.

Life gets to be everything you want it to be, you just have to start with yourself first!!
