Happy International Women's Day!! This episode we focus on issues that seem to effect women and that we have to overcome.

We talk about being a Superwoman or more so not being one. We can do it all but we shouldn't be doing it all and ensuring we share the load the load and ask for help where we need. It is no longer the 1950s and a woman's place is wherever the hell she wants it to be.

We then look at this phenomenon that seems to effect women more than men, and that is apologising. Not just apologising when you do something wrong, but rather apologising for being a woman.
