This episode we finally talk fashion and more importantly body image and body love. We look at fashion as a form of self expression and how the fashion industry have tried to make fashion and self expression exclusive.

We expose and talk about the ways the fashion and beauty industry try to manipulate what is deemed by them to be the standard and the norm. We discuss how 'standardised' sizing is far from standard and how your body is a normal and perfect body, exactly as it is.
