How do you run an art collective when you’re spread across four cities worldwide?

Eric Hu and Justin Tam are the co-founders of Eternal Dragonz, a pan-Asian art collective. Over the past five years they’ve championed artists of Asia and the Asian diaspora in the Western world. With members scattered between Los Angeles, Portland, Taipei and Sydney, they’ve worked with musicians and artists from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Beijing, Seoul and Tokyo. Other projects include a short film with Andrew Thomas Huang (Björk, FKA twigs), an exhibition at Hong Kong’s Para Site, and a monthly show on Internet Public Radio.

Join them in a conversation about the challenges and practicalities of running an international art collective, the state of Asian music today, and how to operate in the music and art industries as a person of colour.
