Why do we struggle with the yearning of feeling like we always need to look good? Why can't we get authentic and really share where we're at? If our friends, family, and communities want to see our most authentic selves, then why do we constantly feel the need to always look like we have everything together? 

 

These are just a couple of the questions that I am discussing this week as we dive into what it looks like to truly show up as your most authentic self.
