Did you know that many of our decisions are operated out of fear? What opportunities we say yes to and others we say no to typically depend on how we allow outside forces to influence our decisions. But whether you recognize those fears or not, you are still the only person that is in control over your life. It is important that we start giving credit where credit is due. You are in control. Don’t let what happens to you decide what you do with the circumstances that you have been given.

This week on Purpose Chasers, as promised I am sharing part two of the power of choice. Specifically, I am talking about the victim’s response to choice and how people make decisions out of fear. I am sharing with you what leads to decision making, or lack thereof, and how we can show up in our own lives. Ultimately, nobody can make the decision for us. Oftentimes we give outside influences too much credit for our decisions. But, remember, you have the power to choose the life that you want to live. Don’t allow outside influences to dictate how you show up for yourself.

Topics Discussed:

Recognizing pressure and persuasion as self-limiting beliefs  Why saying yes to everyone is operating out of a scarcity mindset The difference between extending gratitude and taking credit for your actions How God, the Universe, Therapy, and Coaches can only carry you so far
