What label are you allowing yourself to be defined by? Is there something from your past that is holding you back from reaching your highest potential? The truth is, we all have instances in our lives that we can allow ourselves to be defined by our circumstances. However, we don’t have to stay in the place of a victim mentality. In fact, we can use our past to rewrite our future.

This week, I am sharing the importance of understanding the difference between being a victim and playing a victim. Once we recognize that we can learn from our past circumstances by understanding the lessons behind them, we are then able to turn up the heat in our lives. I am also sharing one of my go-to practices that helps me redefine what it is that I am truly wanting to strive after in life and how it has allowed me to let go of my own self-limiting beliefs.

Topics Discussed:

Taking actions against limiting beliefs How the victim mentality cycle keeps you pinned to what you believe  Using your past circumstances to utilize your strengths Why our past doesn’t have to define our future success
