Two-Minute Drill: Evil looters set and occupied house on fire, block fire trucks

Richmond, Virginia's Police Chief William Smith broke down as he explained how looters/rioters set fire to a home with a child inside and then blocked the streets so the fire department could not get to the fire.

Of course the first responders got there and saved the child.
