Punks in Pubs is back and so is Frank Turner is back for his second stint on the podcast but sadly under different circumstances.

 

Back in 2017 Liam and Frank enjoyed a beer across a table from each other (Episode 4), Now in 2020 there chatting via Instagram Live because of the global pandemic that is COVID 19 and that's the main topic of discussion between the two.

 

Liam asks Frank about how COVID 19 has affected him personally (Frank was at the start of his UK tour that he had to cancel only a few shows in) Frank talks about the internal dilemmas he was having about playing on during the start of the virus in the UK.

 

Frank discusses his work that he's doing now that everyone is in lockdown and how he's performing online via his Facebook page to support the music scene that's on his knees due to this pandemic. They also talk about worst-case scenarios and what could be the new ‘norm.’

 

It's not all doom and gloom, Frank reveals he's working on a new album, Liam asks what the fuck is going on between Fat Mike and Frank and Liam and Frank reveal their stand-up comedian loves and of course they discuss the 'Tiger King'!
