Peter Capaldi will leave "Doctor Who" after its upcoming new season The Good Place has officially been renewed for a second season RZA directed the sixth episode of "Iron Fist" -- titled, “Immortal Emerges from Cave” -- because RZA loves kung fu! Greg Berlanti may be moving his "Black Lightning" TV series from FOX’s development slate to The CW. Again, Jack, can you explain what "Black Lightning" is? AT&T’s Audience Network is moving forward with an adaptation of Stephen King’s “Mr. Mercedes” starring Brendan Gleeson and Mary-Louise Parker. Harry Treadaway (who played Victor Frankenstein in "Penny Dreadful") will play the killer During the "John Wick 2" junket, director Chad Stahelski told Slashfilm they were interested in developing a "John Wick" prequel TV series, saying: “We basically almost have a prequel written, but we’d save that for other aspects of the property. Lionsgate is very interested in doing a "John Wick" TV show, and that seems very appealing to us, to give those creative ideas to that entity, because I think in TV you could really expand on what that is, and greater than we could in just a two-hour film.” In case you missed it (you know, if you don’t have cable) “American Crime Story: People v. O.J. Simpson” is now available to stream on Netflix The channel once known as Oxygen is officially rebranding this summer. The new name: Crime Network. With the relaunch, the network will launch two new series -- a reboot of Dick Wolf’s reality investigation show “Cold Justice” and a show called “The Jury Speaks,” which will “examine high-profile cases through the eyes of the jury.” Lifetime is working on a movie based on the Menendez Brothers trial and Courtney Love has been cast to play their mother Kitty. Finally, ahead of its return to TV, Showtime will begin streaming “Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me” on March 1.
