Now that the holidays have worn off, we are back at it. There were a lot of shows that Netflix surprised us with over the break. We pick those apart and get into the Golden Globes nominations. But first, some news...

NEWS:

“Bates Motel” gets an early premiere date for its fifth and final season: Feb. 20 TBS is considering moving “Conan” to are just one day a week. Megyn Kelly and Greta Van Susteren have left FOX News for NBC and MSNBC, respectively. Season 8 of “Archer” will move from FX to FXX. Disney Channel has canceled its “Girl Meets World” reboot series. The CW is rebooting “Charmed” but this time, the supernatural series will take place in the ‘70s...? Kevin Costner is developing a 10-hour Western which may be turned into a TV series and Aaron is shitting himself with excitement. CMT has announced an aftershow for “Nashville” and it’ll be called... “NashChat.” James Van Der Beek is going to play Diplo in the bizarre new scripted series for Viceland called, “What Would Diplo Do?”
