Following the success of the first film, A Nightmare On Elm Street Part 2 was created without the approval of Wes Craven. Quickly New Line Cinema learned that they NEEDED Robert Englund and that by breaking all of the "Freddy Rules" they created undertones that propelled the series but confused the audience with a bizarre side story. Credits: This episode was produced by Rob Schulte with the help of Graham Young of the Austin Film Society.
