I spoke with ghostwriter and professional speaker Cindy Tschosik about how she dealt with her anxiety and depression and how she turned it into a focus which she now uses to help those in need by telling their stories and inspiring others.

A lifelong writer and creative, Cindy excels at connecting with her clients’ hearts, enabling her to capture their voice, identify their true value, and articulate the unique message they bring to the world.

Varied careers and life experiences provide Cindy with the background required to write poignant, informative and life-transforming books on a multitude of topics.

Her 25 years of experience in legal, corporate, IT, communications, marketing, nonprofits, project management and her 12 years of living through depression, anxiety and suicidal ideations, offers authors the special touch required to weave mind, body and heart connections throughout the pages of both psychology and business books.

Cindy Tschosik has ghost written books, articles, and marketing collateral for many industries and is the author of The Perfect Book Checklist, a detailed guide to everything authors need to write their first or next book. She keeps abreast of industry news and trends through her memberships in the Association of Ghostwriters, Non-Fiction Authors Association, Off-Campus Writers Workshop and C-Suite Network Thought Council. She also offers consulting, coaching, workshops and training on writing and book development.

Cindy lives in Chicago’s western suburbs with her husband and best friend of 26 years, their three hilarious teenagers, and their cherished, spoiled, bow-wearing “fur baby,” Roxie the Cockapoopoo. Cindy rejuvenates her creative energy with long hikes, traveling, reading on a beach, quilting memory blankets for family members, and wine-ing with friends.
