Episode 15- Joe Rinaldi

On this episode we fill our cups and talk with Joe Rinaldi (@joe_flofit), a fellow Physical Therapy Student at Drexel University. We met Joe through Instagram and slowly started to realize how much of an amazing dude he is. When he agreed to sit down for a cup with us we were stoked.
We cover much more than physical therapy in this episode. Joe shares some personal stories of how adversity has gotten him to where he is today, why he started his social media platforms, why physical therapy doesn't define him, and much more.
