Jessica and Jamille interview Nicole Cozean, PT, DPT, WCS and talk all about interstitial cystitis. Nicole is a pelvic floor physical therapist who owns Pelvic Sanity, a pelvic floor physical therapy clinic in Laguna Hills, California. She has written a book called The Interstitial Cystitis Solution and serves on the Interstitial Cystitis Association board of directors (as the only PT!) so she is a great resource and has a wealth of knowledge!
